WCOOP Event #1 RAZZ Tourney Report

I really would love to make a big long post detailing my run to the WCOOP final table.

2 problems.

1. I played over 850 hands to get there.

2. It's freakin Razz!!

It was painful enough to play Razz for 12 hours, I don't have the patience to read through 12 hours of hand histories.

So. I suggest that you watch the final table replay if interested. :)

Excellent job. I still can't believe you cashed that event. Every time I play razz on stars I get my 6 low draws beat by open kings :)

Geoffrey,

Basically, I started out tight early. 3 cards to a 7 or an occasional 8. As we progressed, I was very aggressive with my hands whenever they showed strength. I got a lot of folds from hands that were probably better than mine. I built a stack and kept bullying. I got lucky a couple of times, hitting a needed card on the river for big pots, but basically subsided on stolen antes.

Stud8: The players were terrible. I took some sick beats. Kept building chips. Cashed. Busted out. The end.
